“The secret to permanently breaking any bad habit is to love something greater than the habit.” – Bryant McGill
We, at the Key Training Center, know how to love! We love our clients, we love our staff, and we love our community. We’ve decided to come up with a “Give it up Challenge” that would benefit our un-funded clients here at The Key. We are asking the community to take this time to “give it up” for The Key. We all have given up so much in the last few months dealing with COVID-19, but is there still a pesky bad habit luring around? Is there something your life could be better if you went without? We know there can be many things that we all wish we did not do- that’s why we’re giving you the WHY to do it.
May 11th, we kick off the 21-day challenge. “It takes 21 days to make a habit”, so let’s spend the next 21 days creating good habits and getting rid of bad ones. We are asking you to pledge to do this with us. You can share your story and your why on social media with the hashtag #giveitupforthekey to get others involved. Others can either give up something themselves or pledge to motivate you to along your way. You can pledge whatever amount you would like to!
How to do this? You can text the word “giveitup to the number “91999”, then you will receive a link to fill out the form. You can pledge the amount you would like, tell us what you’ll be giving up, and be able to share your progress with us through social media.
If you would rather pledge through the online source, please follow this link to do so: http://igfn.us/f/2rkl/n
We look forward to giving up the bad things along with you, as we are all in this together.
Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to keep in touch with what we’re giving up (our staff) and sharing your progress as well!
