Angel Tree
Spread the joy of Christmas to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by taking part in the Key Training Center's "Angel Tree" initiative. This annual event aims to provide Christmas gifts to program participants at the Key Center who may not have the opportunity to celebrate the holidays with their families.
Choose an ornament that represents one of the Key Center's clients and purchase a gift valued at $25. Information about client sizes, hobbies, favorite games, and suggested presents will be available, while the identity of each client remains a festive secret. Ensure that your unwrapped gifts are dropped off on or before December (TBA), allowing the Key Center's dedicated elves to wrap and deliver them on Christmas Day.
Beginning November (TBA), you can pick up Angel ornaments at either the Key Center's Inverness Campus, located at 3896 South Pleasant Grove Road, Inverness, or their Lecanto office at 5399 West Gulf to Lake Highway, Lecanto. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Participating in the Key Center's Angel Tree is a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season by becoming a real-life Santa. It also provides a beautiful opportunity to share love and fellowship with those less fortunate in our community.
