ROYAL COTTAGE – Established on October 8, 2020, each house has six bedrooms with private bathrooms providing residents with up-to- date amenities.
- As our clients have aged, we recognized the importance of providing a home that meets their needs. Royal Cottage was designed with this goal in mind. The cottage features six private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a spacious living room, dining area, and an enclosed back patio with a fenced-in yard. It offers residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This home was built in memory and honor of Phil Royal, a longtime Key Training Center Board of Director and advocate of the Run for the Money.
The Key Training Center has been serving Citrus County for 54 years. We operate 18 homes and four apartment complexes in the County, serving approximately 145 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at varying levels. We are thankful for the wonderful staff that is the heart of each home!
