The ten-bed, 3,600 square foot Simons Cottage was built in 1987 with a primary gift from the Simons Family. Additional gifs from others were used to construct the home which includes a swimming pool. The home is located on the Lecanto campus and offers residents a large family room and separate dining room area for spacious comfortable living.
The home is licensed by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and Florida Agency for Health Care Administration - Assisted Living Facility.
