The 10-bed, 3,200 square foot, Franklin Cottage was built in 1977 as the Key Training Center’s first group home. Franklin cottage was obtained through the benevolence of Ina Franklin and other annuity donations. The home is located on the Lecanto campus and offers residents a large family room and separate dining room area for spacious comfortable living.
The home is licensed by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and Florida Agency for Health Care Administration - Assisted Living Facility.
