On June 7, residents from the Key’s Davis and Simons homes enjoyed a memorable day at the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary in Palm Harbor.

The group spent the day learning about the sanctuary’s mission to provide lifelong care for rescued primates and other exotic animals, many of whom came from challenging circumstances.

Residents had the opportunity to observe a variety of animals, learn about conservation and animal welfare, and connect with nature in a unique and engaging environment.
